The Local Oyster Showcase is a walk-around interactive tasting experience of Sparkling Pointe wines finely paired with local Long Island oysters. 

Six unique sparkling wine stations are set beside displays of special guest Long Island oyster farmers and East End restaurants. Live shucking showcases oyster varieties raw and our guest chefs grill, roast, and fry with freshly made mignonettes and toppings.

Tickets: $115pp ($100 wine club members) + NYS sales tax and 5% service fee  

Your ticket includes a walk-around tasting flight of six Sparkling Pointe wines paired with a two dozen (24) combination of raw and prepared oysters.

Additional sparkling wine by the glass, oysters, food, and merch sold separately.
