Join Chef Braxton Decker and the team from Marlow East, the acclaimed Upper East Side restaurant known for its seasonal New American cuisine, for an exclusive summer pop-up at Sparkling Pointe on Saturday, August 15th from 6-8 PM.

The Local Oyster Showcase is a walk-around interactive tasting experience of Sparkling Pointe wines finely paired with local Long Island oysters. 

Six unique sparkling wine stations are set beside displays of special guest Long Island oyster farmers and East End restaurants. Live shucking showcases oyster varieties raw and our guest chefs grill, roast, and fry with freshly made mignonettes and toppings.

Join us for the Unraveling Méthode Champenoise Experience Tour. Go behind the scenes at Sparkling Pointe as you walk through the vineyards (weather permitting), tank room, and wine cellar. Learn about the Méthode Champenoise process from start to finish and conclude with a tasting of five sparkling wines.
