Winemaker Notes
Topaz Impérial, named for the rare gemstone, shows a pink hue with warm peach undertones. Beautifully perfumed aromas of dried wild strawberries, cherry, rose, and elderflower are delicate and polished. The palate feels more citrus driven with lemon zest, orange marmalade, and yellow pear notes. A thirst-quenching acidity on the finish, with bright and lively bubbles, composes a harmonious ballet.
