I acknowledge that I am authorizing my credit card to be charged for a minimum one year of Membership based on recurring wine shipments with a stated dollar value and bottle commitment. Membership will be automatically renewed until cancelled by written request.
I understand it is my responsibility to login to update my address, phone, email, credit card changes, and wine customizations before processing. If I cancel before participting in one subsequent club shipment after sign up, I am responsible for an early termination fee of $75. I understand that if I am inactive for two or more shipments, the winery reserves the right to automatically cancel my Membership. Pick up orders are stored free of charge for six months, after which they will be forfeited and ineligible for refund. Pick up orders with out of stock vintages may not be returned or exchanged. Member benefits only apply to members in good standing (have not missed more than two consecutive shipments).
Wines are shipped via courier service (7 Day Express or UPS) and require a signature by a recipient 21 years of age or older upon delivery. Delivery will be attempted three times after which your package will be returned to Sparkling Pointe. You are then responsible for any additional shipping charges should your wine be resent. We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee delivery on the first attempt, such as a business address. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes and due to state regulations our wine can currently be delivered to the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, MA, ME, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA.
